Good Starter, Bad Finisher?

I’m a good starter, but unfortunately not a good finisher. I believe that needs to change.

If you’re interested: Hop in, come along, and let’s have a chat…

The Past

Last year I (co-)started many things: Two associations (the Godot Stammtisch Karlsruhe e.V. and SpawnPoint GamesHub Karlsruhe (in formation)), two companies (Octagonware UG & LudoMagus GmbH), and various smaller projects. I’m good at starting.

But I’m terrible at finishing. One of the smaller projects sat finished in a drawer for nearly half a year before I finally deployed it (Doener.live). Ideas keep piling up. Most of the projects I have in mind are ones that can be quickly turned into a “Minimum Loveable Product” (MLP). You can validate them quickly to assess their potential. But for that, they need to be finished.

The Future

What’s holding me back? I can’t say exactly, and that’s why I have a firm plan: I will release at least one new (digital) product every 2 weeks.

The list is already long, January is already planned out. And if you’re interested, come along for part of the ride. I have a lot to share.
