Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit disputes to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Scope

These terms govern the download and use of the Subscription Tracker iOS application.

License Agreement

By downloading Subscription Tracker, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal iOS devices for personal subscription management purposes.

Restrictions

When using Subscription Tracker, you agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices

Pricing

Subscription Tracker is available as a free download with optional in-app purchases. Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases are honored.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudoMagus GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Data

Subscription Tracker stores all data locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
